How do the passes differ?

Passes allow admittance, but do not guarantee a seat to programs. Passholders must acquire a Passholder Ticket for a specific program to guarantee a seat in that program. Passes differ in three ways: how a passholder gets a ticket, what the pass provides access to, and what additional benefits the pass provides.

What kinds of passes are available?

There are three types of passes available for sale: the Priority Pass, Festival Pass, and the Film Pass. Please refer to the Passes for Sale section of the website for more information. There are a limited number of student discounted passes available for current students with a valid student ID. Please refer to the Student Discount section of the website for more information.

Press Passes are available to members of the press who are covering the Festival. Please refer to the Press Pass section of the website for more information.

How do I get a Pass?

Passes will go on sale Fall 2007 via the Box Office section of the website. There are a limited number of Passes available and they sell out quickly, so buy early. Pass purchases are subject to an on-line convenience fee. Passes will also be available by calling our ticketing partner, Etix, at 1-800-514-3849 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM ET, Monday through Fridays, and between 10 AM and 5 PM, Saturdays. Passes purchased by calling Etix are subject to an additional convenience fee of $4.50 per order.

Pass sales will stop on March 18, 2008. Any remaining passes will be available at the Festival in the Registration/Information Center starting at 8 AM, Thursday, April 3, 2008.

Are discounted Passes available?

There are three types of discounted Passes available for 2008:

1. Membership Discount
A discount on passes is a benefit for some levels of Full Frame Membership. Please refer to the Membership section of the website for more details.

2. Organization Group Discount
Are you organizing a club/group/family trip or interested in a block of passes for your employees? A 10% discount is available for the purchase of 20 passes or more.

3. Student Discount
There are a limited number of student discounted passes available for current students with a valid student ID. Please refer to the Student Discount section of the website for more information.
