Theatrical

CIN — Cinemas 1 & 2 — Seats patrons at screenings. Jobs include Greeter/Line Tender, Ticket Taker/Audience Award Ballot Distributor, and Usher.

CVC — Civic Center — Seats patrons at screenings. Jobs include Greeter/Line Tender, Ticket Taker/Audience Award Ballot Distributor, and Usher.

DAC — PSI Theatre, Durham Arts Council - Seats patrons at screenings. Jobs include Greeter/Line Tender, Ticket Taker/Audience Award Ballot Distributor, and Usher.

FLH — Fletcher Hall — Seats patrons at screenings. Jobs include Greeter/Line Tender, Ticket Taker/Audience Award Ballot Distributor, and Usher.

MBO — Main Box Office — Manage lines of Festival patrons. Distribute tickets to screenings via Etix ticketing system. Must be comfortable handling cash; experience a plus.

PBO — Priority Box Office — Manage lines of Festival patrons. Distribute tickets to screenings via Etix ticketing system. Must be comfortable handling cash; experience a plus.

WVR — Weaver Auditorium — Seats patrons at screenings. Jobs include Greeter/Line Tender, Ticket Taker/Audience Award Ballot Distributor, and Usher.

Registration/Information

OUT — Outreach — Please refer to the Outreach section of the website for more information.

DEV — Festival Development — Man the Member, Priority, Sponsor, Pass Reprint, or Concierge Table in the Magnolia Room. Register passholders when they arrive. Answer general questions throughout the Festival.

PRG — Festival Programming — Man the Filmmaker and Special Guest tables. Register passholders when they arrive. Answer general questions throughout the Festival.

PRS — Press/PR — Man the Press table. Register passholders when they arrive. Answer general questions throughout the Festival. Assist press as needed.

RIC — Registration/Information Center — Man the Festival, Film, and Pass Reprint Tables. Register passholders when they arrive. Answer general questions throughout the Festival.

Production

ART — Artist Hospitality — Mans Filmmaker and Special Guest Information Table at official filmmaker hotel. Assists Artist Hospitality Coordinator with filmmaker's and special guest's transportation and hospitality needs.

HPS — Hospitality Suite — Mans the official Hospitality Suite. Ensure consistent food and beverage service.

MCH — Merchandise — Sell Full Frame merchandise at merchandise booths. Must be comfortable handling cash; experience a plus.

PLZ — Civic Center Plaza — Manage flow of patrons on Civic Center Plaza. Greet, answer questions, and help orient filmgoers to screenings and shuttles. Assist with deliveries and services for Plaza and Carolina Theatre.

PRD — Festival Production — Set up and tear down venues and displays in the several days leading up to and after the Festival. Requires lifting up to 25lbs.

SPE — Special Events — Work at various parties during the Festival. This will entail late night hours. Wait staff or catering experience a plus.

VOL — Volunteer Lounge — Manage or assist in maintaining the lounge for the volunteers. Keep a schedule to answer any questions. Keep refreshments available for your counterparts enjoyment. This is the home to the runners. Runners need to be flexible people who may be asked to fill in any last minute needs. You will need a cell phone which can be set to vibrate.

Technical

ACC — Accounting — Reconcile cash receipts and tickets, complete deposits. Requires cash handling experience.

BRN — Logistics Brain — Set-up and trouble shoot computers, printers, and network equipment. Manage communications equipment for Festival Staff and Volunteers. Experience required.

DRV — Drivers — Drive filmmakers and special guests to and from the airports and other transportation needs, before and during the Festival. Requires North Carolina driver's license and good driving record. May possibly need to drive your own car.

ENG — Technical Engineers — Video Projection - Your application will be reviewed by the Full Frame Technical Director. Experience required.

PHO — Photographers — Photograph the Festival. Cover the general scene as well as screenings, panels, parties and other events and records key information about each photo. You will need to provide your own digital camera.
