Development Associate
Full Frame Documentary Film Festival

The Full Frame Documentary Film Festival is seeking a new Development Associate. The Development Associate works directly with the Executive Director on all aspects of fundraising including individual gifts, grants, sponsorships and government and in-kind fundraising. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.
Duties Include:
In consultation with the Executive Director, this position is responsible for oversight of sponsorships and sponsor relations, including soliciting new and returning sponsors in consultation with festival staff and in keeping with festival needs, preparing sponsorship proposals, negotiating and securing sponsorship agreements, maintaining sponsor communications and tracking, and insuring fulfillment of festival commitments to sponsors.
In coordination with the Executive Director, build and sustain relationships with current, new and potential grant-giving organizations and individual donors as well as other corporate, governmental and community partners, including development of grant schedule and completion of all necessary applications and reports, maintenance of databases and ensuring that all sponsors and other partners (marketing and organizational partners) are tracked and recognized appropriately.
Oversee individual donor campaigns, including renewals and special appeals, work with staff to gather information and assist with development and production of development publications including website materials to ensure inclusion of donor-focused content.
Oversee and implement benefits structure to insure that all corporate, government, foundation individual and trade sponsors and ad recipients receive appropriate benefits as per agreements including corporate visibility, brand awareness and marketing tie-ins, as well as passes and tickets.
Perform general management responsibilities, including annual plans, budgets, and reports, including reports for the board and assist other staff with aspects of the Full Frame Program and other marketing materials by providing information on sponsor recognition and advertising.
