Passes + Ticket Info
All Full Frame programs require a ticket for admittance. There are two types of tickets:PASSHOLDER TICKETS are tickets that are issued to Full Frame Passholders at the box office or online. Ticket allotment and online availability varies by pass - see below for Pass Information At-A-Glance. Passes are Will Call and must be picked up (a.k.a. registered) at the Registration/Information Center at the festival.
INDIVIDUAL TICKETS are tickets that are purchased at the box office or online. Individual Tickets can be purchased online before the festival (Advance Ticket), at the Main Box Office during the festival (Day Of Show Ticket), and at the screening venue (Last Minute Ticket).
PASSES AVAILABLE
Preservation Passes provide guaranteed seating, first access to tickets and first admittance to programs. First access to tickets allows Preservation passholders to print Advance Tickets at home prior to the festival. At the festival, Preservation Passes are redeemed for tickets in the Priority Box Office. Limit one ticket per passholder per event. First admittance to programs is via the Green seating line, which is for Preservation and Priority passholders and admits to events before the Blue seating line. This pass is not for sale, and is available to sponsors and members.
ON SALE DECEMBER 8. Priority Passes provide first access to tickets and first admittance to programs. First access to tickets allows Priority passholders to print Advance Tickets at home prior to the festival. At the festival, Priority Passes are redeemed for tickets in the Priority Box Office. Limit one ticket per passholder per event. PASS DESIGNATIONS
Available for Film Passes. In addition to Film Pass benefits, Press designation provides access to the Press Lounge, Hospitality Suite, 5 Priority tickets and a ticket to the Awards Barbecue. Please contact press.pr@fullframefest.org for more information.
Available for all passes. Full Frame members receive benefits including discounted passes and merchandise, email updates and invitations to special events. More information can be found on the GIVE page, or by contacting membership@fullframefest.org.
Available for Festival Passes. The Full Frame Fellows program is aimed at educating, motivating and nurturing film students by offering rare access and interaction with filmmakers and curators. Film students whose colleges and universities participate in the Fellows program are eligible for Fellows designation. Contact fellows@fullframefest.org for more information.
Available for Film Passes. A limited number of discounted Film passes are available to current students with valid ID. The Student discount can be selected when purchasing a Film Pass via the ATTEND section of Full Frame’s website. Valid ID will be required when picking up the pass at the festival.
While Full Frame does not offer Industry designation, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact industry@fullframefest.org to let us know you’re attending and to learn about Industry services at the festival.

PASS SALES
Passes are available for purchase via the ATTEND section of Full Frame’s website December 8–March 15, 2009. Passes are limited and do sell out, so buy early. Pass purchases are subject to an online convenience fee and are also available for purchase by calling our ticketing partner, Etix, at 1-800-514-3849 between 10am and 5pm Monday-Saturday. Phone purchases are also subject to a convenience fee. Any passes remaining after March 15 will be available at the Festival in the Registration/Information Center.
INDIVIDUAL TICKET SALES
Individual Tickets can be purchased online before the festival (Advance Ticket), at the Main Box Office during the festival (Day Of Show Ticket), and at the screening venue (Last Minute Ticket).

- Advance Tickets sell quickly so be prepared to act fast when they go on sale. If the show you’d like to see is sold out of Advance Tickets, you may have opportunities with Day Of Show Tickets and Last Minute Tickets.
Day Of Show Tickets
- Available in the Main Box Office beginning at 8am on the day of the program
- 8 ticket limit per program
- $10 (plus 99¢ convenience fee if you use a credit card)
- Day of Show Tickets are available until they sell out or 15 minutes before the start of a program. At that point, the last opportunity to get a ticket is the Last Minute Line at the program's venue
Last Minute Tickets
- Available in the Last Minute Line of the program’s venue 15 minutes before it starts
- First come, first served basis
- 1 ticket per person
- $0 for Passholders
- $10 (cash only) for general public
- Last Minute Tickets are based on the number of available seats after Passholders and Individual Ticketholders have been seated and availability is not guaranteed.
