Pass + Ticket Info

 All Full Frame events require a ticket for admittance. There are two types of tickets:

PASSHOLDER TICKETS are issued to passholders at the box office and/or with their pass. Ticket allotment and reservation availability vary according to pass type - see below for pass details. Passes are picked up in the Registration/Information Center (the RIC) at the festival in the Durham Armory. Passholder tickets are limited and occasionally sell out, so be sure to acquire your tickets as soon as your pass type allows. If Passholder ticket inventory sells out, passholders may acquire complimentary tickets in the Last Minute Line of the event's venue. Last Minute Tickets are based on the number of available seats after ticketholders have been seated and availability is not guaranteed. PASSES AND PASSHOLDER TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS are purchased at the box office or online. They can can be purchased before the festival online (Advance Ticket), at the Main Box Office during the festival (Box Office Ticket), and at the screening venue (Last Minute Ticket). See below for more details on how to acquire Individual Tickets. TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • 15 total tickets - limit of 1 ticket per Passholder per event
  • Tickets available for films only
  • Does not provide tickets to panels or premium events (e.g. Opening Night Film and Center Frames)
  • Tickets to panels and premium events can be purchased online or in the Main Box Office
  • Full Frame program
  • NEW – Day Of Show restriction lifted: You can now get your tickets anytime during the festival!
  • $125 + $5 convenience fee (NEW – REDUCED FEE)
  • Student Price $75 (must present valid student ID when picking up pass).

PRESERVATION PASS
  • Provides FIRST ACCESS to tickets
  • Provides FIRST ADMITTANCE to events
  • Provides GUARANTEED SEATING to any event - limit of 1 ticket per Passholder per event
  • Tickets available for all films
  • Tickets available for all panels
  • Tickets available for all premium events (e.g. Opening Night Film and Center Frames)
  • Ticket available for Opening Night Party
  • Ticket available for Awards Brunch
  • Provides access to the Hospitality Suite

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS

 Individual Tickets can be purchased online before the festival (Advance Ticket), at the Main Box Office during the festival (Box Office Ticket), and at the screening venue (Last Minute Ticket).

ADVANCE TICKETS
  • Available online APRIL 1 – APRIL 7
  • $15 films and panels; $20 premium events (plus online convenience fee)
  • 8 ticket limit per event
  • Purchase online via Full Frame’s ATTEND webpage 24 hrs a day
  • Purchase by phone via Etix: 1-800-514-3849 between 10am and 5pm Monday-Saturday
  • Advance Tickets sell quickly – if the show you’d like to see is sold out of Advance Tickets, you may have opportunities with Box Office Tickets or Last Minute Tickets
BOX OFFICE TICKETS
  • Available in the Main Box Office during the Festival, APRIL 8 – 11
  • $10 films and panels; $15 premium events (plus 99˘ fee if you use a credit card)
  • 8 ticket limit per event
  • Box Office Tickets are available until they sell out or 15 minutes before the start of an event. At that point, the last opportunity to get a ticket is the Last Minute Line at the event’s venue
LAST MINUTE TICKETS
  • Available in the Last Minute Line of the event’s venue 15 minutes before the event starts
  • First come, first served basis
  • 1 ticket per person
  • $10 films and panels; $15 premium events (cash only)
  • Free for Passholders (provided the pass gains access to the event)
  • Last Minute Tickets are based on the number of available seats after ticketholders have been seated and availability is not guaranteed
