How do Journalists Receive a Press Pass?
New and returning journalists must complete the online 2009 Media Accreditation Form. Please check back for a link to the form.
When Will Accreditation Confirmations Be Received?
After submitting the online Media Accreditation Form, applicants can expect to receive a Confirmation E-mail beginning in late January, 2009. The Confirmation E-mail will include details for acquiring your Press Pass and Press Packet, along with a Priority Ticket Request Form to reserve access to 5 programs of your choice.
What Does a Press Pass Provide?
A Press Pass provides:
- 15 Film Passholder Tickets (for screenings)
- 5 Priority Passholder Tickets (for Premium Events, panels, or first admittance to screenings)
- Access to the Hospitality Suite
- Access to the Press Lounge
- Ticket to the Awards Barbecue
Can I bring a Guest to a Screening on My Pass?
Your tickets may be used however you like.
How Much Does a Press Pass Cost?
Your Press Pass is offered at no cost to you once you receive accreditation.
Where Can I find a Festival Schedule?
Full Frame’s list of films will be online March 5 and the schedule of films and events will be online March 19, 2009.
Can I Reserve Tickets in Advance?
Once accredited, you will receive a Priority Ticket Request Form to reserve access to 5 programs of your choice. Priority Tickets can be used for Premium Events, panels, or first admittance to screenings. This form must be returned by March 28 in order to receive your requested tickets. The tickets will be included in your Press Packet.
Your Press Pass can be redeemed for up to 15 Film Passholder Tickets in the Main Box Office. Advance requests are not available for the 15 Film Passholder tickets.

Where Can I pick Up My Press Pass?
Once accredited, you will receive a Confirmation E-mail. You will need to print and bring the Confirmation E-mail with you to the Press Lounge to acquire your Press Pass and Press Packet. The Press Lounge is also where interview requests can be arranged and where you’ll meet Full Frame Press liaisons.
What are the Press Lounge Hours of Operation?
The Press Lounge is located in the Durham Civic Center, across the hall from the Main Box Office. Hours are 8am – 8pm, Thursday through Sunday, April 2-5, 2009.
