Press Accreditation & Pass Information
How do journalists acquire Accreditation and Passes?
New and returning members of the Press must complete the online 2010 Press Accreditation Form. Access the form here
When will confirmations be received?
After submitting the online Press Accreditation Form, applicants can expect to receive an e-mail within two weeks. This confirmation e-mail will include details regarding Accreditation, Passes, and a Priority Ticket Reservation Form.
What's the difference between Press Accreditation and a Press Pass?
Accreditation provides access, and the opportunity for coverage and interview requests. Passes provide access as well as tickets for films and events.
Press Accreditation provides:
- Access to the Hospitality Suite
- Access to the Press Lounge
- Access to Festival sites
Press Passes provide:
- 5 Priority Tickets (for premium events, e.g. Opening Night Film, Opening Night Party, Center Frames, also recommended for panels - which sell out quickly).
- 15 Box Office Tickets
- Access to the Hospitality Suite
- Access to the Press Lounge
- Ticket to the Awards Brunch
How much does a Press Pass cost?
Once confirmed, your Press Pass is offered at no charge to you.
Where can I find a Festival schedule?
Full Frame's list of films will be announced in early March, and the full schedule of films and events will be online March 18, 2010 at www.fullframefest.org.
Can I reserve tickets in advance?
Members of the press confirmed for a Press Pass will receive a Priority Ticket Reservation Form to reserve five Priority Tickets in advance. This form must be returned by April 1, 2010 in order to have the best chance to receive your requested tickets. The reserved Priority Tickets will be included in your Press Packet, whic you pick up in the Press Lounge at the Festival. Your 15 Box Office Tickets can be acquired in the Main Box Office during the Festival. Advance reservations are not available for these tickets.
Where and when can I pick up my Accreditation or Pass?
Members of the Press pick up their credentials in the Press Lounge, which is also where interview requests can be arranged and where the Full Frame Press staff will be stationed. You must complete the accreditation process prior to the Festival. Once accredited, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Print and bring the e-mail with you to the Press Lounge to acquire your Press Pass and Press Packet.
The Press Lounge will be located in the Carolina Theatre’s Upper Balcony Ballroom (309 West Morgan Street, above the Hospitality Suite). Hours are 9:00am – 9:00pm, Thursday through Sunday, April 8 - 11, 2009.
