FESTIVAL TICKETS (ON SALE APR 2)

Unlike passes, tickets are for specific films or events.  Tickets can be purchased online or through the Duke University Box Office for a limited time prior to the festival, at the Full Frame Box Office during the festival, or at the event's venue in the Last Minute Line.  Tickets are limited and many shows do sell out. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

There are three types of tickets: ADVANCE, BOX OFFICE, and LAST MINUTE.

ADVANCE TICKETS: Available to purchase online or through the Duke University Box Office for a limited time before the festival. Advance Tickets go on sale April 2.

BOX OFFICE TICKETS: Available to purchase in the Full Frame Box Office at the festival, April 12 - April 15, 2012.

LAST MINUTE TICKETS: Available to purchase in the Last Minute Line at the venues 15 minutes before showtime. Last Minute Tickets are CASH ONLY and first come-first served.

ADVANCE TICKETS (before the festival)
  • The best way to avoid a sold out show!.
  • Available online or through the Duke University Box Office beginning April 2.
  • $15 Regular Price; $20 for Premium Events.
  • Avoid a line: Print your tickets at home and you can skip the Full Frame Box Office and go right to the screening venues!
  • Advance Tickets sell quickly! If the show you'd like to see is sold out, try the Last Minute Line at the event's venue.
BOX OFFICE TICKETS (at the festival)
  • Available in the Full Frame Box Office April 12 - 15 in the Durham Convention Center.
  • $10 Regular Price; $15 for Premium Events.
  • Duke ID Discount - Show your Duke ID in the Full Frame Box Office on Sunday, April 15 and receive $2 off per ticket.
  • During Full Frame Box Office hours, tickets are available until they sell out or 30 minutes before showtime. At that point, tickets may still be available in the Last Minute Line at event venues.
LAST MINUTE TICKETS (at the venues)
  • Available in the Last Minute Line at the venues, 15 minutes before showtime.
  • 1 ticket per person, first come-first served.
  • $10 Regular Price; $15 for Premium Events (CASH ONLY).
  • Free for passholders!
  • Last Minute Tickets are based on availability, first come-first served.
THE FINE PRINT
  • 8 ticket limit per event.
  • $2 service charge on all tickets (excluding the Last Minute Line).
  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • The Opening Night Party and Awards Barbecue are ticketed events.
  • Seating begins 30 minutes prior to showtime.  If you arrive after seating has concluded, your ticket no longer guarantees a seat.
