Filmmakers and Special Guests can pick up their passes here and can also contact Festival staff for travel and accommodation information. Filmmaker Mailboxes are located here.

The Shop & Information : Thursday - Sunday: 8am - 10pm
Passes, programs, and merchandise can be purchased at The Shop, where you can also receive general information about the festival including maps and recommendations about local sites and restaurants.

Armory Café : Thursday - Saturday: 8am - 8pm
Here you will find refreshments and Counter Culture Coffee service to enjoy in the café or to-go.

Individual Tickets and Passholder Tickets (except Preservation and Priority) will be available in the Main Box Office at 8:00 am for every screening of the day until 15 minutes before the beginning of each program, at which time Last-Minute Tickets will be available at the program's venue.

Priority Box Office : Thursday - Saturday: 8am - 11pm | Sunday: 8am - 8pm
Preservation and Priority Passholder Tickets will be available in the Priority Box Office for every screening of the Festival until 15 minutes before the beginning of each program at which time Last-Minute Tickets will be available at the program's venue.

Press Lounge : Thursday - Sunday: 8am - 8pm
The Press Lounge is adjacent to the Priority Box Office. This is where members of the press pick up passes and arrange for press availabilities.


Carolina Theatre

Hospitality Suite : Thursday - Sunday: 9am - 8pm
Located on the second floor in the Connie Moses Ballroom. The Hospitality Suite provides refreshments and light fare to Filmmakers, Special Guests, Press, and Preservation and Priority Passholders.
