Set within a four-block radius, Full Frame's intimate festival landscape encompasses a number of downtown Durham locations for its annual event. In past years, our venues have included Cinema One, Cinema Two, and Fletcher Hall in the historic Carolina Theatre, the PSI Theater in the Durham Arts Council, as well as the Durham Armory, Durham Convention Center, and Durham Central Park.

Tickets are available during Box Office hours until they sell out or 30 minutes before showtime. At that point, tickets may still be available in the Last Minute Line at event venues. The Box Office accepts Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover and cash. Last Minute Tickets are CASH ONLY. An ATM is located in the Marriott’s main lobby.
Pass Pick Up
Durham Armory
WED 2pm - 8pm / THU-SUN 8am - 8pm
All Passes (excluding PRESS), the Festival Information Desk, and Lost and Found are located in the Durham Armory. Passes are available for pick-up during operating hours. A photo ID is required to pick-up your pass. The Armory is also home to Sunday's Awards Barbecue.
Hospitality Suite
Carolina Theatre, Connie Moses Ballroom (2nd Floor)

The Hospitality Suite provides refreshments and light fare to the following passholders: FILMMAKER, FIRST TEAM, GUEST, PATRON, PRESS, and, PRIORITY.
A&E IndieFilms Speakeasy
Carolina Theatre, Donor Lounge (3rd Floor, above the Hospitality Suite)
The A&E IndieFilms Speakeasy will host a number of panel conversations over the course of the festival. Free and open to the public – capacity of 60 – no tickets required. Sponsored by A&E IndieFilms.
Documentary Channel Suite
Durham Convention Center, Meeting Room 1
This venue is home to The Documentary Channel's remote interview studio - by appointment, Friday and Saturday. Check in at the Press Lounge for more information.
Press Lounge
Durham Convention Center, Meeting Room 2
THU-SUN 9am – 7pm
The Press Lounge is where members of the Press can pick up their pass, inquire about interview availabilities, and contact festival staff.
The Plaza
THU-SUN 9am – 9pm
Located at the heart of the festival amidst the Armory, Marriott, Convention Center and the Carolina Theatre, the Plaza features Giorgio Bakatsias's outdoor café, grilling Mediterranean specialties and exotic foods as well as offering coffee, pastries, sandwiches, sweets, beer, and wine. Open for lunch and dinner daily. The Plaza is also home to seating lines for Fletcher Hall performances.

Giorgios Hospitality Group
Giorgio Bakatsias creates an outdoor café on Civic Center Plaza, grilling Mediterranean specialties, as well as offering gourmet coffee, sandwiches, sweets, beer and wine. Open for lunch and dinner daily.
Carolina Theatre Concessions
Popcorn, beer, and snacks.
Durham Convention Center
The Durham Convention Center will be offering consessions for the Cinema Three and Cinema Four venues.
American Tobacco Campus
This restored tobacco warehouse area, home to Full Frame's year-round office, has five restaurants to choose from, with everything from pizza to burgers and Saladelia's sandwiches, salads and smoothies.
