June Staff Pick | Trash Dance

Looking for more film suggestions after an amazing #FullFrame2021? Fortunately, Angie Potiny, Full Frame’s Development Assistant, is here with the June Monthly Staff Pick. She is taking us back to 2012 and is highlighting festival alum Trash Dance.

Angie says, “Trash Dance is a film I could watch over and over again, and still get chills every time. The beauty and pride shines through each performer as they practice their routines, all while working long, hard hours with the Austin Department of Solid Waste Services. The resulting show for their hometown crowd is exhilarating to watch. Trash Dance stays with you, and helps me see the magnificent possibilities in our everyday lives.”
