The Fine Print
- The 28th annual Full Frame Documentary Film Festival will take place in person in downtown Durham, North Carolina, from April 16 to April 19, 2026.
- Regular-priced passes will go on sale on January 15, 2026 at 11 a.m.
- Single tickets go on sale April 9, 2026 at 11 a.m. For best availability, passholders are encouraged to select films before single ticket sales begin.
- Each film is shown in its original language with English subtitles and is not rated (viewer discretion is advised), unless otherwise noted. Events, programs, and screenings are subject to change at the discretion of Full Frame.
- Passholders must reserve tickets in advance of a festival screening. A pass alone will not grant access to a screening unless the passholder is queued in the Last Minute Line. Access through the Last Minute Line is not guaranteed.
- Patrons must be in line 30 minutes prior to showtime with a ticket for the screening or event to guarantee a seat. If a ticketholder arrives after seating has concluded, access may not be granted.
- Seat saving and late seating are not permitted.
- The recording of any audio or video is strictly prohibited in all theaters of the Full Frame Documentary Film Festival without prior authorization. Anyone found to be making any such recording shall be subject to removal from the theater, revocation of any pass allowing entrance to the festival without refund, confiscation of any equipment and storage media used in the recording, and criminal and/or civil prosecution.
- All sales are final, including passes, single tickets, donations, and merchandise. Resale of all products by any means is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of all tickets, passes, and future purchases.
- All purchases must be made through the Duke University Box Office online, by phone, or in person.
