Tupperware!

NEW DOCS

Before there was Mary Kash Ash and her pink Cadillacs, there was Ms. Brownie Wise and her annual Tupperware Jubilees. Narrated by Kathy Bates, Tupperware! chronicles Wise’s 10-year reign as the public face of Tupperware and post-war America’s most prominent female executive. Through archival footage, letters, and interviews with early dealers, Laurie Kahn-Leavitt explores the often uneasy relationship between the woman who made the Tupperware party a 21st century phenomenon and the man who ultimately controlled the brand, creator Earl Tupper.  SD
