How do you search when you cannot see? As stunning cinematically as it is emotionally, this film gives new and tender meaning to the old adage that love is blind.  A married couple rely on music and imagination to escape from their small apartment. A man falls for a woman in his blind group, only to find that her parents are opposed to his ethnicity. A husband and wife prepare for the birth of their child and ponder what it will be to guide a young baby who may be able to see. A teenage girl spends hours chatting online, hoping to make a connection. Portraying a world without sight through a visual medium is not an easy feat, but the grace and sensitivity of this films transport us inside a different existence. Perhaps the incredible gift of sight may be of no consequence when compared to the incredible gift of love. ST
