Now his life feels achingly routine and without hope as he wakes up before dawn each day and hauls his heavy cart through Manhattan traffic to his regular corner, where he sells coffee and bagels to the haves of the world. Ahmad Razvi gives a subtle performance as the title character, playing him with shy dignity as he strains to reclaim his life amid obstacles of friendship, false promise, and deceit.
