A Loud Color

NEW DOCS

In New Orleans, five months after Katrina, 72-year-old Louis Harding surveys the damage and laments the loss to property and history. Harding is a self-made man and community leader, determined to rebuild a city rich in African American culture. With nostalgia, indignation, and a notable swagger still in his step, Harding reminds African American youth that rebuilding must take place first in their own hearts and minds.  SW
