An almost random selection of moments and scenes from diary and home movie footage shot over the last 18 years, primarily of the filmmaker’s children, Mariah and Adrian. It is taken from some sixty hours of 8mm and Hi-8mm video, super 16mm film, and digital video. In the last three films I’ve finished, I have drawn on this “archive” of material for vignettes to augment other kinds of footage, other themes, but am not sure at this point what, if anything, the footage itself adds up to.
