Frozen Heart

NEW DOCS

From the snowy Norwegian land comes this intriguing portrait of the explorer Roald Admunsen, the first man to sail the Northwest Passage, the first man to reach the South Pole, and quite possibly the first man to set a flag on the North Pole. Found footage from the 1900-1930’s combines with visually ambient ice scenes to capture the eyes. A melodically methodic narration captivates the mind. Together, they induce a thoroughly hypnotic chronicle of Admunsen’s exploits, both geographically and passionately.
