Her antics and writing along with the talent of cohorts in rhyme, T-Boz and Chilli, brought a zesty freshness to stage and airwaves. Underneath it all was the brooding powder keg of personal angst Left Eye could not control. Her story amazingly unfolds in her own voice in this documentary edited from footage she filmed in Honduras as she struggled to heal and purify her very being and that of those around her. This autobiographical film is no less than revelatory and shocking and gives new meaning to a signature song title, Don’t Go Chasing Waterfalls.  DS
