Tomorrow is Just Another Day

NEW DOCS

The life of an institution for long-term mental care is portrayed through a day’s worth of encounters between patients and their caregivers. As the institution faces dramatic changes in its function within a reintegration-oriented model of mental health, patients, some of whom have been residents since 1965, reflect in frank narration on the comfort and stability the institution has provided them. Amidst tightly worked and brilliantly-colored scenes, the film allows inmates and doctors a voice and platform to give their perspective of an institutionalized life.
