Full Frame’s 2026 Winter Road Show Brings Three Oscar®-Shortlisted Films to The Cary Theater

DURHAM, N.C. — Three documentaries on the 2026 Oscars shortlist will be shown at the upcoming Full Frame Documentary Film Festival Winter Road Show series. Full Frame is partnering with The Cary Theater in Cary, N.C. to host free public screenings of the three documentaries, which were shown at the 2025 festival. Come See Me in the Good Light (dir. Ryan White) will play on January 29, followed by Mr. Nobody Against Putin (dirs. David Borenstein, Pavel Talankin) on February 5 and Seeds (dir. Brittany Shyne) on February 12. Seeds was Full Frame’s 2025 Grand Jury Award Winner, while Come See Me in the Good Light won the Iris Tillman Hill Audience Award. “The Road Show screenings allow us to connect acclaimed films with audiences once more, and the featured array of topics and artistry in the Winter Series are a reminder of the discovery in store for this coming April,” said Festival Co-Director and Artistic Director Sadie Tillery. “We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with The Cary Theater again this year to present free screenings of three exceptional films from our 2025 festival.” All Road Show screenings are open to the public, though attendees are asked to reserve a free ticket through The Cary Theater website. 2026 Winter Road Show films and dates: Thursday, January 29 at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 5 at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 12 at 7:00 p.m. About Full Frame The festival is a program of Duke’s Center for Documentary Studies and receives support from corporate sponsors, private foundations, and individual donors whose generosity provides the foundation that makes the event possible.
