2026 Cinema Eye Honors Recognize Numerous Full Frame Alumni

    COME SEE ME IN THE GOOD LIGHT (dir. Ryan White; Full Frame 2025) won the award for outstanding nonfiction feature and for original music score at the 19th annual Cinema Eye Honors in New York on Thursday.

    THE PERFECT NEIGHBOR (Full Frame 2025) earned an outstanding director award for Geeta Gandbhir and outstanding editing award for Viridiana Lieberman. 

     
    (COME SEE ME IN THE GOOD LIGHT won the 2025 Iris Tillman Hill Audience Award for a feature film at Full Frame, while Geeta Gandbhir’s film THE DEVIL IS BUSY, co-directed by Christalyn Hampton, won the same award in the short film category. The Iris Tillman Hill Audience Awards are presented by Peter Lange in honor of Iris Tillman Hill.)
     
    Brittany Shyne’s debut feature SEEDS (Full Frame 2025) won Cinema Eye’s awards for debut feature and cinematography. SEEDS won Full Frame’s Grand Jury Award in 2025.
     
    Another 2025 alumni, DEAF PRESIDENT NOW! (dir. Nyle DiMarco, Davis Guggenheim) took the honors for sound design. 
     
    Finally, APOCALYPSE IN THE TROPICS (dir.  Petra Costa, Alessandra Orofino; Full Frame 2025) tied for best production.
